Booking & Cancellation Policy
To help us manage our schedule effectively and offer appointments to those who need them, the following booking terms apply.
Deposit
A 40% deposit is required to secure all appointments, including in-clinic and in-residence sessions. This deposit is deducted from the final treatment fee at your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will result in the loss of the 40% deposit.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee may be charged.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early so your session can begin on time. Late arrivals may reduce the length of your treatment.
Compassionate Exceptions
We understand emergencies can occur. If this applies, please let us know, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
